Some facts about CVS2:
>Everyone is viable; the cast is balanced
>S-Groove is good too; the grooves are balanced
>The aesthetics are top notch; one of the best Capcom fighting games graphically and auditorily ever made
>Is better than every SNK fighting game ever made; richer mechanically and more tactical
>Roll-cancelling improves the game

But don't get me wrong, there's some genuinely retarded shit design decisions in this game such as characters' weapons like Haohmaru's sword having a hurtbox on attacks that are susceptible to, for example, Vega's (M. Bison's) leg; or certain limbs not having any hurtbox while idle, such as Sagat's foremost arm; and making players unactionable during foes' super moves: it's by no means a perfect fighting game nor the greatest ever made. However, it is still one of the best of all time, and for the time being, a timeless classic.

Completely out-of-place Morrigan sprites notwithstanding. Even the characters ripped from the SFAlpha games don't clash as bad as she does.

You've never played anyone who was genuinely good at this game. Roll canceling makes about half of offensive strategies in the game completely useless. Which in turns makes the game overly defensive and boring.
