Double Dragon II - the entirety of stage 3. I've even watched actual 1CCs of the game and they all lose a life here for one reason or another, mostly due to dying because of the janky timer. I've even lost 2 lives back to back because I was beaten to death and then 10 in-game seconds later, I died due to the timer running out.

Final Fight - Either Rolento or Abigail, depending on how well the run is going.

Vendetta - Anything is fair game from the Rude Bros. onward. Kruel Kurt isn't even that hard but he nails me on occasion.

Mystic Warriors is sweet. Not sure why it gets hate. Maybe the characters are a bit unbalanced but the mechanics are tight and the game has a lot of charm

Which easy 1cc's? It can be hard at first if you are new to the idea but it's more to do with mindset. When you are expecting quick results, have bad practice habits and don't spread out your runs reasonably then even spending 10 hours for a 1cc will seem hard. But if you're more experienced, patient and keep your playing sessions reasonably short and spread apart it will be no big deal.

In game, press tab to bring up the menu, then go to slider controls. There's an option to speed up the CPU in there. Pretty fun testing it on Double Dragon, which has tons of slowdown by default.
