Yes arcade version or a modern port like Capcom Beat Em Up Collection, pick Haggar and strap in. Its a bit unrefined and takes some getting used to, mainly its very unforgiving with inputs and it has no buffers. Also make sure you know all the mechanics like how to make throws your combo finishers and back jumps, and also use the A+B special move liberally, it takes off a very tiny chunk of your health.
