Like, she was planning for it while she was sketching down furniture layouts on graph paper. She's pretty cheap, not gonna lie. The money I spend on her is probably offset by all the coupon-clipping and bargain hunting she does, since she handles all the grocery shopping and general housekeeping.

Literally exactly what my wife is. She grew up in the same rural town I did, but was 6 years older than me, so we never really met until we were older. She was a super-introverted nerd and kinda fat, so she didn't do dating. She just read and played a ton of computer games. First time I told her I loved her, she legit cried because she felt unlovable. She suffered from near-dysfunctional levels of anxiety in college, but I've managed to help her get past that.

Anyway, to keep it vidya related, the way I have my retro setup positioned in the room off the parlor, she can sit in her recliner at the edge of the room and we're basically like 5 feet from each other. Last summer after we moved into the new place, she was playing Octopath Traveler and chatting with me while I was playing Grandia. Shit was cash.
