Recently learned I can play them on Genesis with a flash cart instead of buying a Power Base Converter. I've already got all the Sonic games, including homebrew ports of the Game Gear exclusive Triple Trouble and Sonic Drift 2 (not sure if one exists for Sonic Labyrinth, but I'm also not sure I ever want to play that game again) so I think I've got every 8-bit Sonic.

Anything else on the console worth playing?

Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (Shinobi parody, really good)
Golvellius (Zelda-like)
Aladdin (different from Genesis/SNES versions)
Asterix and the Great Rescue
Black Belt/Hokuto no Ken (great beat'em up, repetitive stages but great boss fights)
California Games (collection of sport minigames)
Castle of Illusion, Land of Illusion, Legend of Illusion (all different Mickey Mouse games)
The Lucky Dime Caper (really good Donald Duck game)
Cloud Master/Chuuka Taisen (shoot'em up)
Enduro Racer (get the JP version, it has more tracks)
Kenseiden (Castlevania with samurais)
Ninja Gaiden (very different from the NES version, great soundtrack)
Psycho Fox (precursor to Decap Attack, controls are rather floaty)
