Why? The strategy and execution requirements are just as high as vs players., since you're playing for score or speed against other records set by the entire community. The AI is more objective anyway. Better gauge of your progress than beating potential scrubs or midtier ppl at some tourney. Which is meaningless and just ego inflation. Yes, single player for score or speed is much more valid and show your objective skill level out of everyone....a world record time or score is way more impressive than beating Joe blow in some online tourney. Trust me PvP is a joke in most genres.
