Could someone help me out with the Polish guy's TR1? I can't figure out how to get my Xbone controller to work with the game. DOSBox detects it but attempting to open the keymapper crashes 100% of the time while the conf and mapper files you can find on Steam's forums do nothing (and instantly crash if you rename the original file) when placed in the install folder. The only buttons recognized in-game are ABXY, it doesn't even register LB or RB. I really don't want to use something like Joy2Key since it's awful compared to native but if I have to I have to.

Scratch that, figured it out. In the dosbox.conf file (Open it with Notepad++) there's a section under [sdl] that says "mapperfile=". If you grab the Xbox controller settings from one of the Steam posts and have it point to "mapper-SVN.map" with the file inside your installation folder it works just fine. Not sure if I have to do this for every game though.

I'd say PC version, followed by PS1. The PS1 version got updated re-releases that changed or fixed some things like item placement and a music trigger change in the Temple of Horus level. It's also got more buttons so you don't have to pause the game to get into the inventory, along with less broken kneecaps.

I don't know about anyone else, but I love the reverb in the ps1 version. Sucks that none of the other versions had it, even the Dreamcast version despite the console having dedicated hardware for such effects.
