Morrowind, Gothic, Skyrim, Mount and Blade, Age of Empires, really anything with a fantasy or medieval setting that has comfy snowy scenes. Don't forget to make a hot cacao and play near a window to watch the snow fall! :)

For me? Symphony of the Night. Played through the whole game last Christmas and it ended up being the coziest. This year I'm doing the same thing but with Way of the Samurai.
