If I was going to put that kind of money down on emulating I'd probably just get an RG350 or an Nvidia shield if I was going to use a TV. Those mini consoles are stupid and I wouldn't even get one for a younger relative.

Hell I got my nephew an RG350 instead of a SNES mini for christmas and I fail to see how it wasn't the better decision.
