Thrift stores, computer repair shops that have been around for a LONG time. Our just assemble them yourself from parts. I still have my old DX2/80 sitting around. That thing saw me through the whole 90s but now I don't see much point in buying anything below P3s

You are about as dumb as the namefag. There's Socket 1-3 mobo's all over ebay, some even have PCI slots in addition to ISA/VESA, many of which come with a 486 and RAM. Working ISA and PCI cards all over ebay as well. Soundblaster 2.0's, 16's and AWE32's as well. There is no shortage of retro gaming IBM PC parts.
