I've always had a passing interest in typography, at least in a sort of "it'd be cool to learn more about this" way. This is a cool looking book, but I guess I'm a little confused who it's for. Is it for people into typography who want to use them as inspiration? Someone who knows the history of typefaces and wants to see the genealogy over time? Or is it just purely aesthetics, like having an artbook?

The proof is that many of his claims don't really have sources. One of the most famous ones being the famous supposed Miyamoto quote saying "people will put up with mediocre gameplay if the game has pretty graphics" (referring to Donkey Kong Country).
