probably not,
but the atari does have some excellent titles

i dont have a flashcart as most games are dirtcheap/free and wont be downloading as emulation is probably shit for the twitch-gameplay the 2600 requires (analog latency)

harmony cart can probably run the rom though

It's very unfinished. The city section can literally RNG you to a game over with zero recourse, especially on later loops.

There was some decent articles on there at one point in time, and their coverage of Korean PC/Arcade games was generally pretty good.

It's been a absolute mess for years though, and I legitimately have no idea who the intended audience is anymore. Does anyone even listen to that podcast they have like 2000 fucking episodes of?

Turning point was when they realized "oh shit, the amount of retro games is finite so we can't do this forever" and decided to feature faux-retro indie games. Re-education prolly happened soon after.

i also liked Pitfall, that spider-man game, enduro, hero and pole position.

I have especially fond memories of Keystone Kapers. I remember back then i was just really impressed by video games that had "levels" not like levels the way we think of them today but like physical levels you could get to with stairs or an elevator. So those stairs in Keystone Kapers really astounded me, hard to believe but true.

I also liked Squeeze Box, and love it more now as i see it as a video game representation of existential dred. No matter what, that criminal is never getting out of his prison, the challenge draws hard and harder as the time goes on, until finally he is killed, and satan dances on his grave.

You're confusing public faces with overall support bases. The majority of dems are middle class. The majority of republicans are working and upper. Everybody's pretending to be the everyman while the other side is the elite.

I fucking wish Twitter never existed. It's sucked to watch online "content creators" turn into batshit crazy fucktards in the last 10 years.

>> No.5949470

I mean there are people excited about finding old film footage from the silent era and there are tv shows being recovered when they thought was lost. So historically this is just as nice as those. Whether it's enjoyable doesn't really matter honestly. 90% of all media is complete trash. Did you look at Disney+ twitter flood of some of the most trash movies ever made? This is no different but rather have it found than lost and no one could ever view it.
