I used to have this. Got stuck at a part where there was a helicopter pilot on the roof of a building but he wouldn't take me anywhere. Got bored and sold it.

Good game but it still has shittyish gameplay. It should have just had simple turn based gameplay or if it had to be action be like the Genesis one or that Loaded game on PS1 where you can move and shoot.

You might like the retro Syndicate and Syndicate Wars series. Cyberpunk aesthetic and quasi crpg interface. Fun games but avoid the Jaguar port, it's kind of shit. Pc and PS1 are both pretty good.

Yeah that part was obtuse. You needed the name of the Dragon boss or his corporate building or w/e to get the guy to take you to the last dungeon of the game.
