Good for them to include Splatterhouse on there. Only thing its missing now is The Legendary Axe but you'll be able to hack it and include it in no time anyways. Really nice package here by them assuming the emulation is done well.

tho also it is worrying, people are complaining the SEGA AGES games for switch are of a lesser quality in comparison to other comps, and that might be due to them being working also on this AND the MegaDrive mini.

the 3 main complaints are:

1.-they are the same games everyone has, same sonic, same outrun, same shit, despite sega promising saturn and dreamcast games, so far they havent delivered on those, also, many of the cool exclusives from the 3ds, like Galaxy force 2 or power drift havent and probably wont have a switch version.

2.-comparing certain versions. the switch versions lack certain extra content from the 3ds versions, granted i dont believe them.

3.-the conversions of the few unique games are 'sloppily made', the main example is the erroneous palettes from Virtua Racing.

i dont want to complaint here, these are just the complaints i have heard from here and youtube, i couldnt give 2 shits about the VR palettes, but that might be the prelude to something worse.

I wish they'd stick entirely with arcade games instead of doing Saturn or Dreamcast. I mean, if they did something like Blast Wind or Hyper Duel, that'd be cool, but all the games that I'm sure everyone is clamoring for really aren't that hard to get elsewhere. I'm sure lots of people are begging for JSR, but there's already a easily-obtained modern port of that.

Bring on Racing Hero, Strike Fighter, Rad Mobile, Cool Riders, Last Survivor, Wing War, Aurail, Bullet, Time Scanner, Laser Ghost, Line of Fire, games like that.

I hope not, and I think it's unlikely.
Then again, they did change the Metal Gear 2 character portraits on the Japanese Wii Virtual Console to the ones from the Japan-only mobile port and the PS2/PS3 port that came with MGS3, which in turn are similar to the portraits in Ghost Babel.
