We've had this thread multiple times in the last week.
Yes, it's good. It's the best cheap linedoubler out there. It's the only good linedoubler with composite and s-video support. Sync loss and audio digitization issues have been corrected with the latest PCB revision.

Jesus fuck I'm so glad i didn't buy this pos. I just assumed it has a micro usb port on it to install firmware, but to go this far for it? Screw that. Thing looks like a kids toy on top of that.

it's a fucking waste of money because of the audio quality, I don't have the tools right now to reroute the audio or to take the obscure fucking path that doesn't make any sense to upgrade the firmware. the only console that sounds okay is the Genesis everything else from PS2, N64, Wii the audio sounds like hot garbage.

literally no one has the ability to upgrade the firmware it's just too fucking complicated, they should have fixed the shit before selling it

For 110 dollars, it's a cheap upscaler, and that's what you get with a cheap product. It's all relative, man.

I bought the hyperkin hdmi just last week for $30 to use with my n64 and it's picture quality is better than my oem s-video i was using previously. Saved me $80 not having to get this hot garbage. I'm just going to do the hdmi mod next whenever things are worked out with it.

They are still making revisions and adding things. I made this mistake buying the ED64 2.0 being told that was the best it'll be then bam 2.5, then 3.0 then the ultracic came out. Brawler 64 had issues too and I waited an extra year till it was fixed.

and? I didn't say anything about it only being months. kirkzz posted in his forums 2.0 was going to be the final version which wasn't the case at all.
