I recently (re)played this, and since there is an obvious and documented cameo of Marilyn Monroe, I was wondering if the other poster was another tribute to some Hollywood character. I can be wrong but I found a suggestive similarity with Godfather’s movie poster. On Level "1-2" you can find this poster head-swapped with Joe Musashi's masked face of the title screen.
