That's what it sounds like on real hardware. I guess the uploader calls it "DSP Enhanced" because it's done using the Saturn's sound chip instead of being Red Book audio.

Panzer Dragoon II's soundtrack is a masterpiece in my opinion. A little avant-garde, and contributes greatly to the game's atmosphere. Set the audio balance to 'BGM' in the options menu if you decide to give it a playthough:

Thunder Force V has spent more time in my CD player than in the Saturn. The game disc has been used more for its redbook audio than the included arranged series soundtrack. Unfortunately the Playstation version cannot be played in my CD-player.

Guardian Heroes OST is fantastic. Way better than the actual game.
Also check out the panzer trilogy, the music in those is incredible.

Saturn is literally badass soundtrack: the system. All the racing games, the panzer dragoons, nights, burning rangers, of all the amazing RPG soundtracks in history Shining the Holy Ark might be the best one of all.
