It's impossible. Every analog crt tv has the same input lag. On lcd 240p analog signal must be processed to digital and then upscaled.

I have that same tv actually except 55" model. I've literally used as my main tv until couple weeks ago when I bought a new tv. I have it in my bedroom now, but its amazing for older consoles like ps2 and n64. s-video quality for my n64 on it looks amazing and no noticeable lag time at all.

Actually scratch that, its 52". Always thought it was 55" till I measured before buying my new tv. Either way, for being a tv from 2008 it holds up to todays standards amazingly. Only ever had one problem with it, few capacitors went bad(actually had a recall) and had it fixed for free.
