I just learned that Kaworu (piloting Eva-03, for whatever reason) is the final boss on Super Robot Wars F Final if you follow Eva's route (no idea how to do that though).

The Wonderswan game, "Neon Genesis Evangelion: Shito Ikusei" is a Tamagotchi simulator. Gendou gives you the Adam embryo and you have to raise it. Depending on what you do, its form changes. If you don't understand anything, it just dies repeatedly.
