PS2 an Xbox are pure shit, so who cares.

I am playing DMC 1 and Resident Evil code veronica on the ps2. My favorite 6th gen game is mgs3, and GC and ps2 are tied for my favorite 6th gen consoles. 6th gen was great because they really started to perfect 3d and were still experimenting. There were tons of AA games that allowed greater creativity with still a large enough scope.

I don't care about the others, but Game Boy Advance is totally retro. Its 3D games were mostly ignored. It has less resolution than NES and less background capability than SNES. GBA is the last cartridge-based system. Later handhelds don't count because they copy the card's contents to their own memory instead of addressing it directly.

My Xbox was at my dad's place, and I never finished Halo there because I wasn't allowed to play it when I had homework to do. The most annoying thing about that is I didn't care about Xbox and my dad kept acting like I did. I eventually played the whole campaign on PC, with much better graphics.

I also played on Xbox with friends. One didn't have the right glasses prescription, so he played with the lens touching the tv, not exaggerating.

Is it worth the extra effort? I emulate once or twice a month at most to try something out for a few minutes, otherwise I generally just play on original hardware. I'm not one of those "emulation isn't reeeeal" faggots, I'm just lazy and enjoy playing the actual carts though I recognize that with effort one can emulate just about everything pretty perfectly.
