2560*1920 Is the resolution of the video
The original resolution of the video/frames was 320*240 after the first upscale , the resolution went up x4 to 1280*960 Then I downscaled it to half the resolution to 640*480 ,finally I upscaled it one more time ,x4, to the final resolution of 2560*1920

To run ESRGAN (likely what OP used), you need:

>Python 3 64-bit
>PyTorch
>CUDA (optional, but makes running it much faster)
>Some python dependencies (just paste pip install numpy opencv-python into the command line)

There's a GUI tool for ESRGAN itself so you don't need to screw around in the command line. http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=18798.0
