Alright, let's settle this once and for all. Who had the better 3D retro console, Nintendo with the N64 or Sega with the Dreamcast? Personally, I'd go with Sega.

The dreamcast had several arcade games on a home console. n64 had the 3d collectathon platformers.

Ultimately sega made a few mistakes and couldn't overcome the ps2 that was ffin stacked, packed a dvd player add in.

N64 wins because there are too many quality games. Coming out a few years later Dreamcast has a lot of technical advantages, they have optical discs and a processor twice as fast, so they can throw in CD-quality audio and very nice graphics in games like San Francisco Rush 2049 which N64 can't be expected to match. For sheer fun and gameplay rather than graphics polish though N64 hands down.
