I used to play Dhalsim and Blanka when I was a kid because I loved freaks, but after learning how charge characters worked I picked up Guile. because I find him fun.
I always pick up characters I find fun, or cute girls. I don't care if they're good since I'm a scrub anyway.

Eh, I'm not a fan of the presentation. It's like SNK quickly drew a bunch of Capcom chars, stuck them into the KOF2002 engine and added a bunch of leftover KOF2002 backgrounds that nobody thought were good.

I think most people were expecting KOF98 with teams made up of 3 people and then half was SNK and half was Capcom, all set in a world with normal backgrounds like the KOF94-98 era.
Instead they gave us this weird heaven and hell story with scrapped techno bgms.
