Not gonna fault you, it's a pretty good game. Try the Elvira games, they're similar.

I prefer Elvira games, especially Elvira 2. Damn games were really hard. I remember using the matchsticks for the fireball spell ingredient. Later I read in a hint book that I need that matchsticks to light the candles to summon Cerberus. Any combustible stuff can be use to make fireball spells, eg. paper. Restart the game from the beginning.

I don't finish Waxworks. Which part of the Waxworks has this pic?

The boss of the zombie stage. Weakest boss ever. You only have to touch him and he cries like a baby.

I watch some Amiga's Elvira 1 video in Youtube. The combat looks easier than the PC version. Just clicking the 2 attack buttons, and the enemies die before they attack. In the PC version, I can only attack once or twice before the enemy attack (I have to block/parry the attacks). Is that only my impression of the Amiga version or is it really easier than the PC version?

Got excited by the name, instantly went away when I saw the trailer. The art has no charm, I can't hear any of the original OST, and even the devs themselves have no confidence in the KS succeeding going by the first update.

Just releasing the original game on Steam in a DOSbox wrapper would be better than this.

Yes, the Horror Soft games really were something.
I usually played them on my Amiga with the exception of Elvira II wich I played on an C64... that was a really outstanding (late) port btw.
