I think PC Games past-2000 aren't allowed with some exceptions like Deus Ex, The Sims or some retro-fps mods/sourceports.

The reason this is important, as opposed to gradually including platforms over a period of time, is that we're talking about the wild west days of the industry. That ceased being a thing entirely.
