it never "hit me", it's just a fact of life. you get old: the end. or you're just incredibly unfit? i don't have these issues and im pushing 40yo. i still look like what i did in my 20s. tall, thin, not even greying hair. i really can't complain.

I think about the time I'm spending on video games in relation to the time I have left to live. I can't bring myself to spend more than 100h on a single game anymore.

I switched to a memory foam mattress and after a few days my back started hurting. Went to a chiropractor a few weeks later and was told I have to lower spine of someone in their 70's. Two years later and I get stuck if I bend down at the waist for too long. I also get to feel the muscles in my lower back burn every time I stand for more than 10 minutes and sit down.

I only shrunk 2 inches, but a 7 inch cock is still pretty good. the loss in shaft length is probably due to pubis fat, so nothing a little keto can't fix

Well I'm 30 and I've still experience literally no negative signs of aging and I'm basically as strong and flexible as I ever was, possibly owing to extremely fortuitous bone genetics (thanks mr skelton).

I guess the only time I've start to feel old was when I noticed my pubes were growing progressively up the shaft of my dick in a pretty unnecessary fashion, but growing more and more hair in weird places isn't really a disadvantage in any way
