Jedah gave Lilith her body, Lilith came up with the form. After Jedah was defeated her body was disappearing and she had to fuse with Morrigan, in both Lilith's and Morrigan's ending.

Yes. Using the same technique Morrigan uses to create copies of herself, she can also spawn out copies of Lilith. Most spin-offs incorporate it into her character by having Morrigan spawn her in for certain attacks. Some games even go as far as completely replacing Morrigan's copy moves with a Lilith.

Lilith was in Tatsunoko vs Capcom, but not on Marvel vs Capcom 3... not sure about MvC:I

Hands and feet are designed to purposefully big in Capcom fighting games so that players would better see the attacks in-game. It's character design influenced by game design. Which is what made Capcom one of the best companies at what they were doing back int he days.
Other examples of this are, say, the giants in Dark Souls. Giants feature in the story because serious enemies had to be much taller than the player character in order to be always visible even when the camera is behind the character. So bosses and stronger humanoid enemies are all "giants", which is reflected in the story.

The endings don't really make clear what Lilith is.
In Lilith's ending you just see her trying to reach Morrigan's (dead?) body, and then Morrigan appears with a new youthful personality.
In Morrigan's ending, she absorves Lilith, and then she feels like wearing the Aensland right or whatever.
Without any context or anything, it just seems like either Lilith posessed Morrigan's body, or Morrigan absorved Lilith, but nothing in those endings make clear that Lilith was actually part of Morrigan's soul.
The only hint is that Morrigan wants to wear the ring, which I guess means she's "complete" again, but again, without context, good luck figuring that out.
