That UY game is cute, a bit simplistic and sometimes the land detection is very off, but I like how Lum grows up as the game progresses.

Astro Boy is pretty cool.
It's not really my thing, but Nakayoshi to Issho is a cute simplistic RPG based on several early-Nineties manga.

There were a bunch of Dragon Ball/DBZ games on Famicom, but I can't really vouch for the quality. There was also a Fist of the North Star game for NES that was ok.

Hokuto No Ken on SMS is fun, and the Kinnikuman fighting game on nes (aka MUSCLE) is my guilty pleasure, Warsman is broken as shit.

There's also a more fleshed out platformer game but it needs some understanding in japanese since you have to do some tasks to progress.
Oh, and a card rpg but i don't like those games.
