what is hard about trading /vr/? I sure hear a lot of talk about it but it does not seem like there are a lot of people here who are into it.

are there any /vr/ trading success stories out there?

When I first came to /vr/, the BST threads were a regular thing. I personally got a great deal on a few NES games, including Balloon Fight (thank you again if you're out there, based Spleet) and one guy just outright gave me his copy of Lagoon.

But things fell apart. Sellers here started wanting Ebay prices while buyers wanted prices as if it was still 2003. Apparently there was also a confirmed case of someone here being a bro and letting his games go for cheap, only to find out he did it to an actual reseller who flipped them on Ebay. That didn't help.

fucking resellers man. I'm ebaying my collection now and i do $.99 start and <$5 shipping. it sells for what it sells for. I saw some of my shit on the a guys youtube channel braggin about getting a good deal on ebay on his boxed nes collection. fucking a man I just want to spread the love. I'm moving everything to everdrives and mod chips. I was always a game player not collector. I just want to get away from the toxic collecting scene. i'll pick up a game at goodwill, play through it and drop it on ebay so someone else can grab it.
