Which retro game has the best voice acting? What comes to my mind immediately are Blood and Metal Gear Solid. Duke Nukem is memorable and up there as well.

Even though it objectively isn't that great I've always been fond of the English VO in the Armored Core series. Rides a fine line between goofy and badass.
