Alright /vr/, redpill me on Breath of Fire 3's Examine. I, being a brainlet, am still trying to wrap my head around Examine and monster skills. Can the party as a whole learn a specific monster ability only a single time? Been trying to learn Charge for my other characters just to see how it works and I'm not even getting any Question marks. Ryu managed to learn it first. Is this shit RNG hell? Should I even bother with those shitty abilities or should I just move on?
