Sports games were popular in the 90's and it's part of the reason the PS1 did so well. For many adults it was their first console because of the sports titles. My uncle bought a friend's PS1 with his used games and gave it to me for Christmas in like 1999 or 2000. It came with like 10 sports games and Final Doom.

Well here's your (You). From the looks of it others ITT have covered what you left out due to your redditardation. No question the N64 has a relatively small library and quite a lot of shit. But if you can't find 20 good games that's all on you. It's really sad how a console targeted at people your age gets so much hate from people born too late just because it doesn't emulate well on their hand me phone.

Born and raised in the south/midwest USA in the early '90s, I still played on my older brother's Genesis, Game Gear, and GB until Mario 64 came out. I only discovered the PS1 at a Circuit City in 1995-6, when I asked if "Spot Goes To Hollywood (PS1)" was for Sega. Everyone was still playing SNES and Genesis at camp, afterschool, and sleepovers, and then Mario Kart 64 and Star Fox 64 when they came out. Then Pokemon Stadium came out a few years later and every kid had an N64.

tl;dr: No one's buying your Gen-X "Everyone had a PSX" bullshit.

No Mercy, for sure. Though some could argue that it's more based on who you prefer for roster (fan of WCW or WWF). Though WWF No Mercy is the final of the AKI games for the 64, has the most match types, has a CAW, and a storyline for each belt.

I did emulate VPW2, which others also say is about as good as No Mercy. Has a few different things in it too, which I can't all remember, but since it never came out in the US, most say No Mercy.
