I realize the original intention was to call her アース (Japanese transliteration of "Earth") or エーリス and it was by mistake that her final name became エアリス、but names can very well originate from mistakes, whether we like them or not. Personally, I adore when things like this happen, because it makes a fictional character somewhat alive by having at least one part of them be determined by the whimsical hands of fate, rather than any careful planning. So I think the most respectful way to address such a character would be to unironically use the name originally (and mistakenly) spoken out loud during development and by the original Japanese fans during release, which is Earis, or Earith.
