4713006 No.4713006 [Reply] [Original]

My gf is into PSX games and loves animals, so she likes games like Crash, Jersey Devil, Bubsy, etc. Could anyone list a few decent games that feature animals? I want to surprise her by downloading a bunch of games for her while she's away.

I meant when she leaves for work for a whole day, I'd download a bunch of games since it would leave me enough time to do so.

Do the animals need to be plalyable?

What about Ape Escape?

She might like Tomba, although you don't play as the animals there (although they play a big role).

Also, Hogs of War. Tekken is also one of the few fighting games that let you be a bear, and Tekken 2 even has a kangaroo.

Would anyone happen to know games similar to Dog's Life? Where it's basically an animal simulation, but for older consoles like the PSX or N64 or GameCube.

It is a preference, but not necessarily.

She loves both of those actually.

Some of these games have characters that I guess you could say are animals, Klonoa, Jumping Flash, and The Adventures of Lomax. All for PSX and I really like all of them.

Not all girls like overly cute things, anon...tomboy girls also exist and find fewer things to be cute to them. Every tomboy girl I've known liked animals a lot however, I believe maybe it's due to women being designed to look after children, so looking after animals is a common trait many have, because women like to nurture, hence why they are drawn to animals.

You'd have to convert the music CD into an ISO and use the emulator's disk swap function.

A better question is; why the fuck is Vib Ribbon not on the PSP or Vita? It would be perfect for it.

Though exactly the same, I mean I guess you can convert it into a PSP game, but not sure how using custom music would work on it, I don't know much about converting music into iso's, so sorry if I'm being retarded right now.

>> No.4717235

>>4717232
An ISO is a disc image, think of it as a folder representing the entire contents of the disc. Not sure how to convert it but I don't think a music CD would be different from a game CD.

>Tail Concerto

Fuck yeah. The game has a cute cast of characters with some racy jokes hidden here and there, plus the story goes from goofy pirates to serious crap with racist overtones (Praire Kingdom has 50,000 dogs but only 2,000 cats) and a decent difficult curve to keep you busy for half a day.

Also, tits. Alicia the pirate catgirl and the dog princess have a solid pair of titc each and the game will keep you reminding you about them.

Oh, and the character designer was Nobuteru Yuuki and boy, it shows.

>> No.4718807

Tail Concerto is an alright game though the controls and camera really haven't aged very well (or maybe the controls suck for me is because I couldn't get the analog to work with the emulator I'm using).

>> No.4718931

>>4718452
I do know, I didn't imply they were cringey or whatever. Most furries are fetish shit though, but I am aware there's a few who aren't.... And they're called female furries. But in my opinion, the only non fetish furries are just girls that really liked animals but didn't fit in into any artist group, so they labeled themselves as furries. Every male furry I ever met however was a raging cartoon animal fetishist. But the ones who managed to keep it to themselves, I didn't mind remaining friends with.
