This thread got me thinking, "How is it exactly that I'm so different from OP?" I mean we have obviously had the same experiences - I even tried to contribute with my own pet peeve on game stores, one I know many anons relate to and OP gets so triggered by it he derails his own thread.

Now, I don't know what it means exactly but I think for the purposes of this thread the difference is that OP's reaction is as if the item in question were some kind of unique cultural artifact while mine would be too begin calculating how to leverage what the clerk did into a bargain on acquiring the thing. I'm sure theres some significance to that but I'm not motivated enough to reflect upon it.

Honestly I don't even bother anymore. Not only do these situations never ever arise anymore now that I don't maintain social connections to these clerks I just already have to much junk that accumulates too much dust.
