I bought these replacement joysticks in Mexico. I tried these and they work perfectly fine. I can aim into the corners on goldeneye and can do the spin attack on zelda. Also they are very precise.

The seller told me that these were made in early 2000s. I compared them with thw ones I have bought from amazon and they are different. Any idea where does these come?

They come from Taiwan. Since you've got 3 I think you'll have fun until the end of the year, maybe even early 2019 if lucky.

They most likely come from two different places. From what I can see from your picture are two distinct designs there and this is backed up by clearly distinct cavity marking and stamping.

if you really wanna know, unscrew the back and post pictures of the boards. close up enough to see markings on chips

I could be wrong, but I believe those are original nintendo ones.
The stamps on the back are consistent with OEM.
The two dark and one light color back plastic pieces are consistent with the real thing too. One type went into clear controllers and the other went into solid colors.
The wires and connectors are the correct color.
If those are repros they're the most accurate repros I've ever seen or heard of.

Some dude used to sell those at a flea market here in mexico. The ones he sold were "old new stock": for whatever reason a box of N64 sticks got stuck in a warehouse for years until someone cleaned it out and sold what he wanted gone. The dude bought the sticks and sold them by unit.

Yes, the seller told me a similar story. The seller is from Durango.
