The problem with World 2's music isn't a matter of composition, the composer seemed to know what sort of mood he wanted for the game's grayscale graphics.
No, the problem was that the sound engineers who translated the notes to GB soundchip were absolute imbeciles that used the worst keys of the soundfont.
The game's programmers were faggots too, that's why they didn't got another Mega Man gig after World 2.
