it's just varying amounts of stupidity plus a lot of weird mitigating factors

people will say Saturn emulation is shit because
>they don't feel like using a virtual drive to use SSF
>they don't have a computer strong enough to use Mednafen
>the ISOs they downloaded won't work for any number of reasons

people will say N64 emulation is shit because
>a lot of the emulation is plugin based and PJ64's stability seems to get worse and worse with every update. malware, crashes out the ass
>when people run into these problems and realize they don't even have the original controller to play the games with, they hate it even more. nothing is worse than playing an N64 game on a different controller, believe me

My opinion is that Saturn emulation is in a way better state of affairs than N64 is. Way less nonsense involved. The entire N64 scene would have drop the ego-nonsense and become one collective fuckwad if they want to get anything accomplished.

>>when people run into these problems and realize they don't even have the original controller to play the games with, they hate it even more. nothing is worse than playing an N64 game on a different controller, believe me

But there not wrong. With Dolphin atleast the c stick is a tiny analog stick. N64 controller had arrows so its really difficult to get a proper configuration.
