Its just a port of Adventure island though.

Not really. The physics are retarded, which I guess they had to do to make it anything less than something you just walk through. It's also super gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Master System box art is so fucking bad.

Not a fan of the first Wonder Boy or its ripoff Adventure Island. Any of the other Wonder titles are fine though.

nice game to start off if your new to the master system, similar to mario bros 1 in that it goes left to right and the levels are grouped into 4s
