Best 3D platformers out there. I thought Tomb Raider was gonna be shit but I completed it last year and it actually requires some learning to enjoy it and then it's wonderfull to move around.

Does THPS2 count as a platformer? I love doing every possible trick on 2 minutes combining them with gaps etc.

Super smash bros memelee would be another extremely complex game from a gameplay perspective but it's not retro though

A bunch of arcade ports for the Dreamcast like Mars Matrix or fighting games.
If this is cheating and we can only consider made for console games then maybe some of the Sa·Ga games.
