Yep. Oddly enough, every used PS1 game I've imported from Japan had the spine card with it. Usually the little advertisement inserts and contact stuff, too.

Japs are really good about keeping their stuff together. I especially appreciate it when the ads and registration card are still there. Most people think the reg card is the least important part of a game, but I love them.
