I bought a Saturn many years ago. I think it’s a model 0 or something so a mod chip didn’t work for me. I still have no games for it. Anything cheap worth playing?

It's worth getting one if you like Fighting games and Shmumps with arcade accuracy, and don't like emulating.

Also has the best version of Policenauts, the excellent Shining force 3 trilogy and Dragonforce 1 and 2, so you're set for very narrative focused games if arcade stuff isn't your scene.

The VCD card is not worth getting, no, if you really want to watch VCD movies plenty of older dvd players have the function and could be had for a song. As for the everport that project has been MIA for quite a while, wouldn't be surprised if the guy dropped the project.

Well that's a dumb question. Whether it's worth it hinges on whether or not you want to play Saturn games. We live in the far-off future year of almost 2018 and you can just look at a game list, check the games out and then decide. This thread is a waste.

Yes. It's a great system especially for multiplayer party games. I highly recommend Athlete Kings for the unbridled rage it produces.
