The inertia controls different, so it's not exactly a 1:1 port but that shouldn't affect your experience too much.

yes you get all of the features of christmas NiGHTS except for the sonic the hedgehog level.
the steam versions also adds a few other things like online leaderboards and a couple new holiday events, like summer outfits for the kids or little halloween outfits
it's also on sale for a little over 1 dollar

Played it at Toys R Us store. I had N64 at the time with Mario 64 and Goldeneye. I still loved playing the shit out of the demo even though graphics were craptastic.
