Hmm, would the Jedi Knight series benefit from a graphics upgrade? I remember JK1/2 both had blocky characters, though they're at least better than the moving sprites from Dark Forces.

The crap Kyle could pull off felt like it was straight out of a bad fanfic however the Jedi Knight series sure was great.

So much hope and optimism for Star Wars as an IP back in the day of Outcast, Academy, KOTOR and Rogue Squadron. How did they regress so far? Why didn't they continue it on and make bigger and better games?

Jedi Knight really took advantage of 3d in a way that other shooters didn't. Huge areas, with tons of vertical movement. Very ambitious and cool game.
