Terry's a schizo who made an OS because and how God told him to, and "glow in the dark CIA niggers" is a description of the vague but ever-present agents of evil that would harm and stymy him. One game that comes to mind is Harvester. You're confused and afraid in a small creepy town where most everyone seems to be in on something related to you, but they won't fess up their plans. Everyone is unpleasant, rude, selfish, gross or abhorrent in some way. More like scummy puppets than real people sometimes. You can kill just about any and all of them in violent fashions. Full kill run might stop you from finishing the game, though.

Another cool game where you can play person versus engine block is Quarantine. It's a dystopian taxi driving game in an amazingly chaotic city with plenty of pointless, hostile meat puppets and aggressive drivers trying to stop you going from A to B. It's a lot of fun and the atmosphere is great, but it can get very frustrating if you actually try to beat it.
