Did anyone else play a game called Happy Weed?

No, but you piqued my curiosity and
>There is now a brand new version available for the iPhone!
>Happyweed, alas, did not make it through Apple's review process.
made me chuckle.

I don't know much about Snood except from what I gathered from an episode of We Hate Movies

Is it good as they say? Is it only fit for Jesse Ventura's Saturday?

Best game Doomguy's ever been in coming through.

>>4318074

There wasn't a professional gaming "scene" on the Mac, so a lot of its games were invisible to anyone who wasn't in the know. No print magazines, nowhere to advertise.

Does anyone know the name of a game that kinda looked like this that was for the snes. It was more of a bust a move clone were you would shoot from a purple cannon that had eyes.

Marathon was on Macs back then.

And...that's all.

I fucking love that game. I was so sad when I looked up the developer several years ago and found out they turned into a dedicated app producer for the iphone.

The last game had an entire novel worth of storytelling in it and they'll never make another one ever again.

Myth, Carmageddon, Exile, Realmz, Gridz, Oidz, Oxyd, Diamonds, Taskmaker, Journeyman Project, Myst, Total Distortion, and quake and Duke both were ported. Doom, too.

Just off the top of my head:
•The superior port of Wolfenstien
•Glider
•The Dark Castle
•Shadowgate/Deja Vu/Uninvited
•Wesleyan Testis
•The Marathon Trilogy
•StarGlider 1/2
•Excape Velocity
•The various Hypercard games

>> No.4320224

Tomb Raider was on mac. I played the demo like crazy and had fun jumping around

Also MDK was a pack in for the first I-Macs, back when the "I" stood for Internet with a built in 56k modem. MDK is one game I only really appreciated years later with its fantastic artstyle. It has some of the best art in gaming, the 2nd level especially.

>Didn't the Mac Wolfenstein have simplified level design?
Not to my knowledge.
What it did have though was bigger 128x128 sprites, higher quality voice clips, and support for the highest resolution of any other port.
It is true that it didn't have the prequel trilogy though.

>>4323416
Yeah, the first one was ported to the Apple II, you can find a download on myabandonware.

I remember playing a black & white adventure game on Mac that was just like Shadowgate except with a score. Does that ring a bell with anybody?

If the interface looked like this, than you're fucked, because it means the game was made in World Builder.
