To run Saturn games decently they'd need quite a powerful CPU to run Mednafen since they can't use a closed source emulator like SSF.
The only working Xbox emulators are held by Microsoft.

While I agree I think releasing an emulation console for GameCube/Wii would he really tricky for now. It would cost we much as a low/medium tier PC and there's not much of a reason to purchase it unless it's somewhat cheaper than a PC/laptop.
