Were the Tiny Toons SNES games any good? This is back before Konami shit the bed right? I'm sure I remember renting and enjoying the Wacky Sports game

I think Buster Busts Loose is the only SNES game. It's good but can also be surprisingly hard. The train level is a total casual filter.

What a great game

Yes

It's good. It's vintage SNES Konami so expect lots of Treasure-tier effects like mode-7, multi-sprite enemies, parallax scrolling, and scaling.

Also this >>3948389, train level is a piece of shit but the rest of the game is significantly easier.

The Snes ones were great.
The Genesis ones were a mixed bag: BHT was good, the sports one wasn't so good.
The NES ones were good EXCEPT for the pseudo-animation studio one.
The GB were great.
The GBC weren't so good.
The GBA was shit: absurdly difficult and absurdly repetitive as well.

Buster Busts Loose is great, check it out.

Other then Babs' Big Brake which was done by proto-Treasure the rest of them were done by Konami Kobe who is now known as Good Feel.

All of them were worth buying.

However, The Treasure GBA one was excellent.

Cartoon Workshop was western made, avoid.

Really? I think Babs' Big Break is the best of the GB titles.

Again, proto-Treasure.

>> No.3948936

NES game has a really fun mechanic where you can do a long jump after initiating a jump after a slide. Besides all the alternate characters you can choose.

Babs' Big Break just had 1 Treasure guy on the team, I'd hardly call it "proto-Treasure".

Also, the GBA game was shit. Best Tiny Toons is undebatably the Genesis one.

All the Tiny Toon games I played are great platformers: Tiny Toon Adventures (NES), Montana's Movie Madness (Game Boy), Buster's Hidden Treasure and Buster Busts Loose.
By the way Animaniacs was also a pretty amazing Konami game, you can also tell the team who did Goemon worked on this because some elements are the same, for example this level where you have to ride Falkor from neverending story, there's a similar part in one of the Goemon games except it's a dragon instead of a Neverending Story reference.
I loved Animaniacs as a kid and completed it with all the 22 or so hidden scripts.

Have tried to like that GBA one a few times, the partner stuff and fighting engine is FINE, it's just thrown ontop of enemy spams and annoying as fuck enemy types that wreck your shit, not to mention bits where you have to ascend vertically and fight infinitely spawning stuff until you either die or reach the top.

At least Astro Boy happened.

Buster Busts Loose is a short game, but very good nonetheless. Some might consider it a hidden gem. Pretty cheap too IIRC...
