Just put a JP21 RGB port on your actual Game Gear and play it on your PVM or with Framemeister (or Euro TV)

That's not going to work... Game gear requires some kind of secondary board to output video. There are currently 2 on the market.

This is what I've been considering... Game gear board with a sms adapter all inside of a master system shell. Probably use the McWill GG vudeo out kit.
Really nice.

Me too, I wanted one and I see these online primarily because there are lots of cheap GameGear games all around me in every used videogame store, but I primarily play home consoles. Also I know the GameGear like TurboDuo and TurboExpress are systems which cut costs by using cheaper capacitors, need replacing. Instead of the early LCD, it would be great to view the games in RGB on a CRT monitor.

The Master System is an appealing design to me. I think I also saw another consolized GameGear someone made with a dead N64's shell called the MegaGear. It would be very cool to sit down and relax to GameGear and Master System games, as I ignored portables and had only the NES at the time, so it is like a whole new dimension of games I've not really had the opportunity to experience.
