"Treasurefags" (aka, normal people who don't irrationally hate Treasure) often talk about how Treasure isn't perfect and have some mediocre or bad games, but most of their track record is good.

Treasuredrones can be categorised into two types of shitposters:

Shitposter A: the Nintendildo. Has only played Mischief Makers and Wario World on the Wii e-shop and thinks they're the best games ever. Never leaves his comfort zone. Very nostalgic memories of Nintendo, and little else.

Shitposter B: the Segaspie. Thinks the Sega Mega Drive is the greatest gift to mankind. Worships the fuck out of Gunstar Heroes and Alien Soldier, despite being mediocre run 'n gun shooters, to put it politely. Thinks Ikaruga is the greatest shump of all time because IGN told him so. Will get laughed out of belt scroller threads for liking/praising Guardian Heroes.

What about the Treasuredrones that emulated the Sega games? Or the Nintendo fans who played Gunstar and Alien Soldier on virtual console on Wii?
Also, shouldn't Ikaruga fans be Sega fans? It's always on every Dreamcast top game list.

Also, what about people who got into Treasure playing older titles on PSN and XBLA?
Speaking of XBLA, what about Xbox fans who also got some exclusive Treasure stuff, like Bangai-O Missile Fury.
Even PC fans got into Treasure recently because of Steam releases.

This and Nintendo's R&D1 are the two developers that really set the standards in arcade and console gaming respectively. Everyone else looked up to them.

Treasure is still awesome though, for a small company to achieve the level of cult status they got means they did some things right.
